Any Area Over 200 sq ft. is counted as more than one area
$100 minimum for service

**Any Appointment scheduled on/after 8:00 pm or before 8:00 am will receive an after hours surcharge.
~ First 5 Miles are Free
Customers with allergies/sensitivities can request specially formulated cleaning solutions at an additional charge of $5 per every area over 200 sq. ft.
